This trial access is provided by Stellaris Technologies Private Limited ("Product Provider") ("User") on a limited, non-exclusive basis to evaluate the functionality of AcadsVue (“Product”) for internal use only.
2. Confidentiality
All aspects of the Product, including features, workflows, design, outputs, reports, and underlying concepts, are strictly confidential.
The User agrees not to disclose, share, demonstrate, or discuss the Product with any third party without prior written consent.
3. Account Security & Credential Usage
Strict Data Integrity & Compliance: Access credentials are provided strictly for individual use.
No Automated Scraping or Extraction: The User shall not share login credentials with any other person or entity.
Credential & Access Protection: The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
4. Restrictions on Use
The User agrees NOT to:
Strict Data Integrity & Compliance: Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying logic of the Product.
No Automated Scraping or Extraction: Take screenshots, screen recordings, or otherwise capture the Product interface or outputs.
Credential & Access Protection: Replicate or build a competing or similar solution based on the Product.
Credential & Access Protection: Use the Product for any commercial purpose during the trial period.
Credential & Access Protection: Allow unauthorized users to access the Product.
5. Data Usage
Any data uploaded during the trial should not be sensitive, confidential, or regulated unless explicitly agreed.
Stellaris Technologies is not responsible for data loss, misuse, or exposure during the trial phase.
6. Feedback & Usage Insights
The User agrees to provide honest feedback regarding the Product.
The Product provider may monitor usage patterns to improve functionality and performance.
7. No Warranty
The Product is provided “as is” during the trial period.
No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, performance, availability, or suitability for any specific purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Product provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product during the trial.
9. Trial Duration & Termination
Trial access is granted for a limited duration and may be revoked at any time without prior notice.
Access may be terminated immediately if any terms are violated.
10. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain solely with the Product provider.
No rights or licenses are granted except for limited evaluation use.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Product, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
